NO EVENT IS SCHEDULED UNTIL APPROVED: The office will review your add/change/delete request and, if approved, update the church calendar. This usually can be done in 24-hours. The office uses this on-line form for ALL calendar requests - if you need help completing it, please call Kristie at 727_868_6178. OUTSIDE GROUPS: The trustees will determine if an outside group may use our facilities and if there is a charge. LIABILITY INSURANCE: Non-ministry functions (including member parties) need proof of $1-million in liability insurance to indemnify the church. If you have homeowner's or renter's insurance you can usually get this as an insurance rider. You may also want to consider one of the many companies that offer event insurance. $100 is typical for a 1/2 day event.
